2026 Dates Just Opened! Cute, clean & completely renovated 1930's cottage lovingly named Windswept by its original owners offers its guests the most amazing sunsets. This waterfront cottage is located in the quaint town of Alton Bay and offers an open concept main floor with 3/4 bath and 2 bedrooms and another 3/4 bath on the second floor. Outside you will find a large lakefront deck with outdoor furniture, a bbq grille, fire pit and stairs down to the water and a large sun platform right on waters edge with sun loungers to sit and relax and private dock for your exclusive use- so bring the boat! Here is your chance to relax and get away. Host is a licensed NH Realtor.
If you are bringing a boat - please let us know the size and type to make sure dock/parking can accommodate. Please do not bring trailer up road- please email for trailer parking info.
Please note this property is No pets - No smoking- No fireworks- No parties - No overnight guests over 5. Any guests found to spend the night over 5 will be charged $100 per guest and if a pet found will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee. In all cases guests will be asked to leave immediately.
Please note we offer check in's on Monday's Tuesday's and Friday's with a three night minimum to allow for weekend and mid week getaways as well as weekly vacation stays. We hope you will stay with us!
