Desert wildlife is part of what makes this area special, expect sightings of jackrabbits, tortoises, roadrunners, quail, and lizards. You may also spot coyotes, rattlesnakes, scorpions, or occasionally a bobcat or mountain lion. Most just want their space, so it's best to give them yours.
