This newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath contemporary style house is located at the edge of Chipman's Cove and has wonderful views of the Cove and harbor beyond. NEW FOR 2023 is the addition of DUCTLESS AC (one in each bedroom and one in the 1st floor living space). It is a short walk to Burton Baker Beach on Indian Neck. The first floor consists of an open living room and dining area along with the kitchen and a half bath. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with water views, one has a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is a full bath off the hallway and a closet containing the stacked washer/dryer on this level as well as the Internet connection. Wellfleet Center, the Harbor and fresh water ponds and ocean beaches are about a 10 minute drive. Non-refundable $250.00 Administrative Security Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
