The cozy living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a curated selection of movies for relaxing evenings. Step outside to the private back porch featuring a gas grill, perfect for summer cookouts. The owner also thoughtfully provides beach chairs and toys for guest use.
Sleeping Quarters: The Primary Suite features a Queen bed and an en-suite half bath. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds and has access to the shared full hallway bathroom.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms.
