This cozy, pretty, 646 sq ft cottage offers a studio-style layout, with a spacious sleeping loft upstairs with skylights (and pitched roof) which includes a comfortable queen bed and twin futon. along with a double futon bed in the main living room downstairs. Perfect for 1-2 people seeking quiet and R&R, minutes by foot from the rocky shores of stunning Folly Cove, where you can swim in the cool Atlantic Ocean straight from the shoreline. Cape Ann offers plenty of historical exploration opportunities, from the hiking trails of Dogtown and Halibut Point, to art galleries in Rockport and Rocky Neck, to beach experiences at Good Harbor Beach or Front and Back Beach, to name a few.
The cottage has a small kitchenette that includes a full-size fridge, a microwave and two burner stove with a sitting area for two, and a lovely, well-appointed bathroom with shower.
