television, walk in closet and newly renovated private bath with oversized walk in shower. This bedroom has direct access to back yard area and water views. A short distance away from this bedroom is a stairway to the second floor. At the top of the stairway there is Family Room/Master Bedroom with comfortable sofa and 75in
television along with a King bed. This bedroom uses a bathroom with walk-in shower located at foot of stairway. On the right side of the house there is
another stairway to the second floor. There are two bedrooms at the top of the stairway. Each bedroom has a Queen and a Twin Bed and television. These
bedrooms share a bath in the hallway between them.
Property offers central air conditioning, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill with outdoor dining area and new outdoor furniture on an inviting patio. Property
has spacious kitchen with open floorplan connecting to the living room in addition to the den/family room, which offers extra living space. A large office
