This cottage is everything and it has only gotten better with a new partial renovation!! All new furnishings with the most comfortable mattresses! New interior/exterior paint, added laundry room, and refinished hardwood floors, and the real "crowd pleaser" the outdoor patio area! This cottage has always been popular and books out a year in advance, but giving it this refresh has only made it better! So sunny and so close to Easton's Beach and the Cliff Walk, you can not beat this location! Quiet streets for kids riding bikes and dog walking, just grab a cup of coffee and take your morning stroll down to the beach! You are so close, you can walk home for lunch or a nap, no need to drive. Yet, you are still so close to all downtown Newport has to offer..... world class dining, shopping and a lively bar scene. This cottage is one level with 2 sunny bedrooms and AC units in both bedrooms and living room. The living room and dining area open up to one another and there is seating for 4 at the table. The bedrooms both have queen sized beds and 100 percent cotton sheets. There are beach chairs and beach towels for your use. We are pet friendly with a small fee and well behaved pet. This cottage is a few blocks from St George's which makes it the perfect retreat for visiting parents! Also close to Salve. We do winter rentals also, just ask for pricing! Location, Location!
