The renovated property will consist of two floors of living space totaling about 900sf on each floor (about 1,800 sq total):
Upstairswill be fully insulated, with a master bedroom (king bed) and en-suite bathroom (with double sinks and shower), split unit heat/AC, and sliding door out to the renovated balcony/deck, walk-in closet/laundry room, guest bedroom (double bed) with baseboard heat, study (with twin pull-out or Murphy bed) and baseboard heat, and a guest bathroom with shower;
Downstairswill befully insulated and open concept, including a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, island wirh butcher block top, dining area, living room area, split unit heat/AC, wood burning stove, sliding door out to front yard, 1/2 bath, and a walk-in coat closet.
All windows and sliding doors are new, triple glazed, offering panoramic views all around, and there is a new front door facing the driveway.
Exterior siding will be brand new board and batten.
