Summary: The room and cleanliness is great but the getting the room was very exhausting and frustrating especially when it took over an hour to get into the room that was suppose to be ready by 3 (didn't enter the room until 4:18 pm). I even sent an email over a week prior requesting a bottom room (which we did get) but the reason I requested this is my parents are almost 80 and my father is slightly handicapped (mentioned their age in the email). I arrived early and stopped by to see if the room was ready and was told "no not yet but should be at 2". No problem because I knew we were early and said okay we will just by time and go to lunch. I called just before 2 and asked if the room is ready, then I was told "no it will be ready at 3 pm" (again understandable since that is when check in time is anyways). We arrived at 2:48 and was told it was "going to be another 45 min to an hour". Okay, this is when the real frustration started to settle in... Like I understand it's a holiday weekend and only had so many workers but at the same time it's like "come on we obey your rules and knew I had elder parents" We ended up having to sit in the heat for over an hour (almost 100 degrees). If it was just friends and I, it would be no biggie, just go to pool all day and lets us know when the room is ready before or after 3 but when it comes to an elderly couple almost 80 and y'all knew prior. Seriously, next time be considerate and be kind especially of people born in the 1940s!
