Super low-fi spot on the historic Old North Wharf. 2 Bedrooms (one smaller than the other) that share a full bath with W&D, parking spot (big deal on the wharf) a living room with harbor views and a kitchen with appliances from the 70's, 80's and 90's... this boathouse is not fussy, doesn't have fancy frills, AC units are in the windows, limited kitchenware and probably some utensils from Eastern airlines.
