Positive: It was good on scale 6 out of 10 it just needs more stuff that comes with the room like a breakfast or something and have coffee makers in the room as well as per extra pillows or bed sheets and blankets they did not have enough to had out to the guest but as far as the Help at the front desk not a problem with it
