All linens provided; beach towels not provided. Beach can accommodate small watercraft like canoes, kayaks, jet-skis, and small motor boats. Limited parking. Summary: The cottage is in an amazing spot on the lake. Perfect for a family getaway. The sandy beach is awesome for kids. The owners were very easy to communicate with and answered all questions we had before the trip. No complaints at all!
