Summary: I will NEVER rely on hotel ratings reviews again. The photos and description was not true. We couldn't even go into the lobby to check in and had to register thru a window. At the free breakfast I had to provide our room number like we were not supposed to be there. The mattress had a hole in it with springs popping out. Walls and paint were dirty. The air conditioner was on pr off and no temperature control.
