Elm House and Ash Cottage are about 20 feet apart on the same wooded property. Booked together they sleep 16 across six bedrooms and four full bathrooms, so a big family or two or three families can share meals and evenings without sharing every room.
Elm House, the white house, has two king bedrooms, a bunk room with four twin beds, a bathroom with a deep soaking tub, a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sunroom, and an open living and dining area with forest views.
Ash Cottage, the black cabin, has a king suite with its own bathroom and a private patio, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with four twin beds, a second full bathroom, and an open living room and kitchen.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware and everyday essentials. Each house has a pour-over coffee setup (Fellow Opus grinder, gooseneck kettle, V60, scale), a Roku smart TV, in-home laundry, a pack-and-play, and memory foam mattresses with blackout curtains in every bedroom. Every room has its own remote-controlled heat and air conditioning.
The six-person sauna sits between the two houses and is private to your group.
