The open architecture kitchen/dining/living area, coupled with the two story cathedral ceilings, gives the main level a bright, airy great-room feel and makes it easy to entertain large groups or relax in front of the field stone fireplace.The sophisticated contemporary residence is ideally positioned on a south-facing hillside near the orchard giving immediate access to the trail network on which exploration adventure awaits. The outdoor destination of choice, however, is always the 3.5 acre spring-fed lake that, with its nearby pavilion for outdoor cooking and eating, allows everyone to spend the day in, on or next to your own private water playground.
Whilst the tendency is to never leave the property, it is also perfect as a jumping-off point to explore the region. East central Vermont is the heart of the Green Mountain State and features some of New England's most beautiful countryside and true northern charm.
