Both homes have finished basements, outdoor showers, and multiple decks overlooking matured landscaping. Only .1 mile to the Town Landing at Meetinghouse Pond, 1.3 miles to the Village of East Orleans, and less than 2 miles to spectacular Nauset Beach. New heated pool, patio and outdoor kitchen installed for all your outdoor living enjoyment.
