Our home is a great house for a family or adult getaway. This beautiful, well maintained 3 bedroom, 1 2/1 bath house is across from the Polpis bike path, steps to Moors End Farm and one mile to Cathcart Beach. Walk or bike the easy mile to mid-island amenities and two miles to Town. The living space is an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with game table and games. The large, private deck has an outdoor shower, table, chairs, corner couch with cushions, two umbrellas, a gas grill, and overlooks a large yard and the State Forest. The house is heated and air conditioned. Two comfy queen beds and three twin beds ensure a good night's rest. A Peleton bike (bring your own shoes), a ping pong table and laundry are in the basement.
