120 year old stone home in the woods with a seasonal view of the Northern ridgeline. This is a No Smoking home that's situated on 90 acres. Its a secluded private location, not far from several towns such as Beacon, Cold spring, Carmel and Mahopac that have all your necessities. Miles upon miles of hiking trails begin just 2 miles to the west in Fahnestock State Park which also has summer boat rentals, beach and a winter park for snow activities such as xcountry skiing, sledding and snowshoeing. There is some limited snowshoeing on property when the conditions permit. Limited hiking is permitted on the property when permission is granted, inquire for details. We offer a 10% discount for weekly stays and 20% for a month or longer.
Located in the Historic Hudson Valley you are close to many actvities including, Breakneck Mountain, Historic Cold Spring, Beacon, Bear Mountain State Park, Westpoint Military Academy, Thunder Ridge skiing, Ninham Mountain, White Pond Multiple Use Areas, and the Hudson Highlands State Park.
