The private retreat sits on over an acre of land and is within walking distance to the Farmington River. The space
Visit the Berkshires, and lodge in a quaint cottage nestled in the woods. Our home features two bedrooms including a master loft with a plush king-size bed. Downstairs the kids have their own private room furnished with bunk beds and memory foam mattresses.
The living room features a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including coffee pot, tea kettle, microwave, blender, and utensils if you choose to eat in!
The back deck has a four-person hot tub, a perfect way to end a day of hiking or skiing. Additionally, there is an outdoor teak dining set, charcoal, and gas grill.
The yard features a fire pit perfect for making smores as well as several outdoor games including corn hole and ring toss. There’s also plenty of camp chairs if needed.
Please note the house is located on a hill and might require 4 whee drive to access in the winter months.
