The first floor features a newly renovated kitchen with stainless appliances from SubZero and Thermador, dining area, living room, full bathroom with tiled jetted shower, laundry, and guest bedroom which features a comfortable Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa. Upstairs features the primary suite with a king size bed, en-suite bath with tiled jetted shower, large sitting area with television, desk area, skylights, and a private deck overlooking the gardens. Outside, under the canopy of huge oak trees, the gorgeous patio area is private and beautifully landscaped, and features outdoor dining for four and a Weber grill. One assigned parking space in space marked A.
