The second bedroom offers another king size bed, access to the second balcony and beautiful French Doors while the den offers two twin beds. TVs are located in each room and have access to cable tv as well as your favorite streaming apps.
Each balcony overlooks the Marina and Harbor to the west where you'll be able to enjoy some of the most stunning sunsets! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas range and stunning quartz countertops and comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs . Enjoy time with friends and family entertaining around the large dining table and sip on your beverage of choice from the custom wet bar. In the evening you can unwind while cozying up to the fireplace and watching your favorite show on the 55" TV in the main living room.
Additional amenities included are an outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi with surrounding patio area offering patio chairs, tables and lounge chairs as well as two gas grills. The Clubhouse is available for your use and houses the onsite fitness room.
