Built in 1900, Mirimar is an elegant Victorian estate in the heart of Narragansett Pier. This unrivaled rental offering is located within walking distance to Narragansett Town Beach and all Pier restaurants and shops. Its location along the famed Ocean Road seawall allows for magnificent ocean views, but allows for privacy with a gated driveway, tall hedges and sprawling yard. The attention to detail in this property is unsurpassed.
Mirimar offers nine bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, four living areas and a formal dining room adjacent to the chef's kitchen. The beds are made up with deluxe linens, and many bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions. (Beds: 6 King, 3 Queen).
There is also a spacious ocean-facing porch with outdoor seating and a side deck with a gas grill. The Ancillary Unit also offers an eat in kitchen with large dining table. French doors lead from the kitchen to a patio with outdoor seating and gas grill.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
