This is an ideal location close to town and beach. The sunsets are magnificent with both first and second floor water views. Beautiful lawn and gardens surround the property. An outdoor patio is perfect for family and friends. Large pool with loungers.
First Floor: Spacious open living and dining room with cathedral ceilings. Large kitchen with breakfast nook and seating area; bar seating. Beautiful sun room overlooking the extensive yard. Bedroom with en-suite bath. Private office. Laundry/mud room. Powder room.
Second Floor: Spacious master with king bed and en-suite bath. Bedroom with two twin beds, bedroom with two double beds and bedroom with a queen bed. Each of these bedrooms have en-suite baths.
Guest cottage - 3 bedroom, 2 bath upside down style cottage has a full kitchen, living and dining areas on the second floor. There is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom on the first floor which share a hall bath. The third bedroom is on the second floor and has a queen bed. The bath on the second floor is off the hall.
Lots of privacy allows for a perfect vacation hideout. Swimming pool is a new addition for summer 2020. Widows walk is not for tenant use.

Accessible from Milestone and Polpis Roads, this strictly residential area is quiet and relaxing, yet only a short drive to Town and Mid-Island conveniences.
Beach
Monomoy Beach is popular for walking, picnicking, and launching kayaks or paddle boards. A walk to the left leads to a salt marsh and creeks, which is a great place for spotting birds and aquatic wildlife. The most common birds seen in this area are ducks, geese, cormorants, oyster catchers, blue herons, egrets, and of course gulls. A paddle through the winding creeks will also reveal small fish and lots of crabs. Make sure to pay attention to the ebbing tide as you could strand your craft! A walk to the right will take you past two piers and up to Pimney’s Point, where another salt marsh ever changes with the tide. In the winter, these waters are popular with scallopers and clam diggers.
