Home offers a quiet space to work, a full service oversized eat-in kitchen with a dining area and bar, a large living room, den and great outdoor patio and large fenced in yard. One king ensuite is located on the first floor with a large smart TV. The other king bedroom is on the 2nd floor and offers a smart TV with a sitting room attached. The 2 queen bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. There are 2 full baths (one bathtub/shower, one shower) and 1 powder room. Home offers WiFi, Central Air Conditioning, forced hot air central heating, washer/dryer, and waterviews, along with all the amenities of home.
