Air conditioning: There's a total of 4 split AC units. There is one AC unit in the living-room and one unit in each of the three bedrooms. Water Feature: There is no life guard for the lake. Swimming is at your own risk.
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
