The Accommodation: The property consists of a main house and a charming independent cottage, connected by an enclosed garden with trees (including a barbecue and garden furniture). Main House: First floor: A large double living room with a library and dining area seating up to 15 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a small TV lounge (with a double sofa bed), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with WC. First floor: Two spacious bedrooms (each with two single beds), a bathroom, and a WC. 2nd floor: Two bright bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), a bathroom, and a WC. The Little House (at the back of the garden): A separate area comprising 3 adjoining bedrooms: one double bedroom and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. A bathroom with WC completes this area. Baby equipment available on site: crib and cot. Important Information & House Rules Security Deposit: A security deposit of €1,500 by check (not cashed) or bank transfer will be required upon arrival when you receive the keys. It will be returned to you after the check-out inspection if no damage is found. Cleaning: The house is entrusted to you in an impeccably clean condition and must be returned in the same state. If you prefer not to worry about it, an optional cleaning package is available: €130 (€150 for groups and associations). Linens: Bed linens and towels are not included by default. The beds are equipped with pillows and duvets (for single beds of 90cm and for the two double beds of 160x190cm).
