Our home is located aprox. 1.8mi. from South Beach, 1.5mi from Edgartown Harbor and 1mi from public access to Edgartown Great Pond. Convenient, wooded and private Edgartown setting. The perfect island getaway to relax or entertain. Family friendly great room and large wrap around deck.
Recently redecorated and updated. 55inch Samsung Smart HDTVs. New Lamps., some new furnishings, etc. Aprox. 1500sqft interior space. **Air Conditioned!**
**Huge wrap-around deck w/ outdoor furniture. Great for entertaining! **Weber gas grill outside. **Outside shower for after trips to beach! **Close to Morning Glory Farm and the Farm Institute!**
First floor has an open floor plan with two bedrooms (one queen, the other has two twin beds), full bath, laundry room w/ washer and dryer, and a sunny great room with 55in. TV. Second floor has a 2nd full bath, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a loft/TV/sitting area. A smaller 2nd floor deck/balcony can be accessed from both the loft and bedroom.
**Please note that we do not provide linens/towels. You can rent them on-island at reasonable prices or bring your own.**
