Your front yard is a gorgeous sandbar oasis perfect for floating, fishing, paddle boarding & kayaking, while the main Seabrook beach is a short 5 minute walk. Enjoy viewing the boats, sunsets & fireworks from the welcoming tower room on the 4th level of this unique home! At high tide you'll feel like your're on a cruise ship! The many living spaces make it perfect for friends & families to vacation together! The ground level consists of a 2 car garage with plenty of storage for bikes and water toys, along with a 1 bedroom apartment complete with an open kitchen and living room, and bath with shower. The 2nd floor consists of the main kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as the main bedroom with king bed, laundry area, main bath having a full tub and shower plus an extra shower, and a large deck perfect for relaxing, grilling or entertaining! The 3rd floor has another living area with a nook that has a trundle day bed with 2 twin mattresses, a bonus area we call the "card room", as it's got a table perfect for playing cards or games, along with a full size sleeper sofa, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has 2 queens and a single pullout loveseat. Just above the card room is the 4th floor tower room having 6 swivel rockers inside, and the upper deck having 2 pub tables and 8 chairs, all perfect for enjoying coffee or cocktails while taking in the fireworks or the quiet beauty of the sunsets, birds and boats. Should you want to venture out from the serenity of the Harbor House that was featured on HGTV's Beach Hunters, you can walk to 1 of the 5 restaurants just at the beginning of the street, 3 of these offer live music and entertainment! There is a market for your convenience there as well! You also have, Hampton Beach, Salisbury Beach, Newburyport, Plum Island and Rye at your fingertips, all offering a variety of activities, shopping and restaurants! The home is equipped with 5 tv's, internet, AC, all kitchen essentials, a gas grill, an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, a new firepit table, and all linens, bath and beach towels are provided! Driveway parking for 4-6 cars depending on the size of the vehicle. There is no on street parking allowed.
