The newly upgraded air-conditioned downstairs area gives your group even more room to spread out, featuring a cooking area with a range and sink, television, picnic table, and a full bathroom. After a day at the beach or out on the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower and gather around the cemented BBQ and boiling area, complete with propane and charcoal setups.
