Positive: The hot tub was great

Negative: Overall it worked, room was big and comfortable. But there was no freezer in the fridge so everyone was filling up their coolers with ice from the ice machines in the mornings. No attempt to clean our room, pick up garbage, give us more toilet paper or offer any towels, etc., we were there a WHOLE WEEK. Asked for shower caps from both housekeeping and the front desk, neither seemed to know what I was talking about and they never found any. Guests finally just put their garbage in the hallway, fortunately I had several trash bags with me. The setup for breakfast was a disaster, too many people in line waiting to make waffles I couldn't get near the eggs. Should have moved the waffle irons to the area where they had the batter but apparently the electricity wasn't working at that station. We parked in back and had to walk through the breakfast area to get to our car, so, sorry, but they were trying to clean that area at check out time instead of waiting until after 11, so we and several other people were going back and forth to their cars to pack and had to ignore the cones that were set up because they chose to clean at the wrong time of day. The first morning I asked the front desk for the breakfast hours and the woman working there didn't know! Overall we decided that everyone that was working there was under-trained and possibly under paid, because they seemed overworked or maybe somewhat lazy (?) Laundry machines worked, but the front desk person couldn't tell me where the laundry room was. While I was doing laundry a 2nd person came in, then a 3rd. My friend said she heard them ask about an additional laundry room and the front desk told them the machines weren't working, they were working, front desk person was apathetic about helping them. Nice facilities very poorly managed.
