1200 square foot updated ranch with 3 Bedrooms plus Bonus room, 2 baths, Sleeps 7. Recent updates include 16' x 32' rebuilt deck, new outdoor shower, all new interior windows and exterior doors, completely repainted interior, new landscaping, central air conditioning and two completely remodeled bathrooms. Outdoor grill purchased in 2019 located on rear deck. Full size futon purchased in 2020 located in family room / den.
Desirable private neighborhood with pool adjacent to Great Pond, tennis courts, clubhouse and playground, about a 1 mile walk or short bike ride to thel Beach. Just a few minutes away from the Island Queen Martha's Vineyard ferry and shopping. You can get to Falmouth and enjoy Cape Cod without the hassle of Route 6 traffic. Falmouth has many scenic vistas, warm ocean water temperatures, great restaurants, and the wonderful Shining Sea Bike Path.
Falmouth is also known for its July 4 fireworks on the beach and the well known Falmouth Road Race. Neighborhood activities at the clubhouse and pool include kids night and social events, swimming lessons and private tennis lessons available. Kayaking, sailing and boating steps away on the bay with access to the ocean.
