Summary: Breakfast is great! Love the omelet station. Always loved staying here, but you really upset us with having to pay for parking. It’s not like you are in a tight city spot where you don’t have plenty of your own parking lot property. The excuse of people potentially parking there long term due to the airport being next door is lame as well. Just give your own guests a daily parking pass with their daily stay at your hotel, and that would suffice. We were told also that the hotel likes the revenue too. That’s blatantly telling everyone that it’s just another way to make you more money. WTH! If you want to make more money, raise your rates, and don’t hide behind a parking fee to do it. Bad business choice right there, leaving a bad taste in your customers mouths. It’s still a great spot, with all the great things we love from before, but just raise your rates and do away with the parking fee. Much more honest way to make money.
