Summary: At 10pm someone tried to kick in our room door! I called the front desk manager and he kept saying this is a safe place. Wouldn’t switch us rooms wouldn’t refund us our money nothing. Not to mention on my receipt upon departure checkout, there was a miscellaneous deposit of $50 taken from my card
