Summary: I had connected the property when I booked my stay asked that our 2 rooms be side by side or connected. They responded saying they didn't have connected rooms even though that is listed on their amenities. When we arrived our rooms were 3 rooms apart not side by side. I asked to please be sure we couldn't switch rooms beside each other and the front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do. The rooms were marginally clean. We appreciated the vinyl floors opposed to nasty carpet. There were stains on the lamp shade, bedding and it looked like bird poop on the floor. There were super loud and drunk guests that were playing loud music and screaming until after midnight. I nearly called the cops. One of our rooms was awakened at 4AM by the loudest 30min long railing of the century. Bed squeaking, headboard knocking and epic moaning/grunting. That's a real family friendly experience to have to explain to your kids what that awful racket is next door. The breakfast area was super small and crowded. The attendant failed to notice that the juice machine was leaking water everywhere and did nothing about it when I pointed it out. I am officially DONE with Days Inn hotels. Gross!
