OUR HOME IS LOCATED ON A QUIET DEAD END STREET. WE HAVE BEEN BUSY CHANGING THINGS; NEW FURNITURE, RUGS, BEDDING, ARTWORK, ETC. THE ARE BRAND NEW HD FLAT SCREEN TV'S AND HIGH SPEED WI-FI INTERNET. THERE'S ALSO A NEW MICROWAVE OVEN, NEW DISHES, FLATWARE AND GLASSES ALONG WITH A NEW GAS GRILL AND PATIO FURNITURE CUSHIONS!
THERE ARE ALSO SAND CHAIRS AND BEACH TOYS AND BOOGIE BOARDS FOR ADDED FUN.
WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR EXPERIENCE IN OUR HOUSE THAT WE ARE CHOOSING TO SHARE WITH YOU BE A VERY PLEASANT ONE. THIS IS NOT JUST A RENTAL - IT'S OUR HOME TOO AND WE REALLY CARE ABOUT THE COTTAGE. IT IS JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM THE NATIONAL SEASHORE WITH ITS ENDLESS MILES OF WIDE, SANDY BEACHES. YOU CAN WATCH THE SEALS THERE EVERY AFTERNOON AS THEY ENJOY THEIR SAND BARS AND THE OCEAN. THE CAPE COD BAY BEACHES ARE ALSO ABOUT A MILE AWAY AND THEY ARE JUST PERFECT FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS!
THE BIG LEVEL BACKYARD HAS BADMINTON COURT, A HORSESHOE PIT ALONG WITH A LARGE HAMMOCK - JUST RIGHT FOR AN AFTERNOON SNOOZE!
THE COTTAGE HAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PATIO COVERED WITH WISTERIA THAT IS SO COOL AND DELIGHTFUL WHEN YOU COME HOME FROM THE BEACH OR A BUSY DAY HAVING FUN. THE BIRDS ARE CHIRPING AWAY AND IT IS A LOVELY PLACE FOR RELAXING. AT NIGHT, THE PATIO'S ROPE LIGHTING MAKES FOR A VERY PEACEFUL EVENING. LOTS OF BOARD GAMES AND PUZZLES INSIDE WILL ENTERTAIN EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY.
