Summary: The room was clean enough and comfortable for one night. It was unseasonably hot out and the A/C struggled a bit to keep up, but we made it work. The location was okay, but was a pretty long walk (or expensive uber) from anything we really wanted to do. My only big critique was about the laundry facilities. I booked this room I large part because it had laundry available (in the middle of a long trip). The laundry did exist and was open to use, and was about $7 a load to wash and dry. This would be okay, but to use it you had to download an app and make a minimum payment of $10. There was no laundry soap available near the machines so I asked at the desk. They had soap for sale for $3, but only for cash and had no change. Luckily I had a $5 so the desk attendant suggested I just give him the rest as a “tip.” So, my $10/load laundry cost me $15, which felt less than ideal. If you’re planning on laundry, definitely plan ahead!
