(not 4) It is a five minute walk to the town center where you will find many excellent restaurants, great shopping, movies and historical attractions for all to enjoy. The cottage has covered porch, outside shower and off street parking. First floor has kitchen/ dining area, small den/bedroom with sleeping with single bed , bath with shower and living room. Second floor has large master king bedroom with bath with shower and laundry. House is simply and comfortably furnished for easy summer living. It was fully renovated in 2016 .
