Boasting sleeping areas for 10 guests, the unique amenities created here were designed for pure entertainment & ultimate relaxation. So what are you waiting for?
This renovated 2300 sq/ft ranch style home features 3 bright bedrooms on the first floor and 2 spacious bonus sleeping areas on the walkout lower level, fully equipped with a bathroom, a family room, a gym and an arcade. The lower level also gives you access outdoors. The driveway can comfortably fit 8 cars. You’ll fall in love with the open living room with a wood burning fireplace, enjoy many meals in the complete dining room and breakfast bar areas, or venture into the fully equipped kitchen to create the dish you are craving. This home also includes gym equipment and fun at its best with a pool table, table soccer table, an aero hockey table, and a playground for children, available just for you and your family and guests. All furnishings as shown including but not limited to all appliances, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, range, wine cooler, washer and dryer will be made available. The house is heated by gas, the countertops are granite, the heating system is forced hot air and the fireplaces are wood burning.

Guest Access:
Property to be accessed by front door. There is a Ring Doorbell and cameras at the front of property to guest control.
Ring Doorbell at the front door IS ACTIVE and can be used to reach Rafael if need be.
The Neighborhood:
Close to great restaurants and amenities, enjoy both Northside and Southside beaches like Sandy Neck Beach, or Craigville and Dowses Beach only a few minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
- The entire house has a water filtration system, so feel free to drink right from the tap.
- The fireplace inside the house is not to be used under any circumstance.
- Dishes must be washed every night, no open food on the counters etc. and all dishes utensils must be returned to the cabinets and drawers both daily and at the end of your stay.
- Pool and Spa hours will be total of 13 hours, from 9am to 10pm. We advise leaving the pool on for 9 hours, and the Spa 4 hours on so the water can be maintained heated, if you would like to use the Spa for a longer time, please contact Rafael Ribeiro.
- You are allowed to play Music from the outdoor Smart TV. Please make sure to be kept at a reasonable level out of respect for the neighbors with limited profanity and turned down by 10:00 pm each night the absolute latest- any complains may result in loss of amenity.
- Remote Controls from the Outside electronics can only be used by adults, not children for safety. If any of the controls are damaged, you will be charged $150.00 for each one.
- All trash must be taken to the outdoor trash cans once full and at the end of your stay.
- Outdoor fire pit can be used at your own risk.
- Every Thursday, the maintenance crew arrives to mow the lawn, ensuring that the grass is kept neat and well-maintained.
