Recent updates include new Kitchen counters, new mattresses, gas fireplace in the Living Room, and new upper and lower decks for 2018. The upper living area is complemented by pine paneling adding a cozy warmth and vintage appeal. The lower level has a separate entrance and a separate deck, and the interior includes a Living area, Bedroom, and full Bath.
Access to the Laundry in the storage area of the basement is off the lower level Bedroom. Perfect vacation cottage for extended families! FYI...there is no interior access between levels. For enhanced guest comfort, the property features central air conditioning, ensuring efficient and quiet climate control throughout the home
