Welcome to our beach cottage newly built in 2019. It is a 1 bedroom single family home, a short walk to a pet friendly beach. The private beach has views of Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod. We are in an area called Beach Point and located just 2.5 miles from the center of town. We are located next to the Sandcastle Resort which is a timeshare resort. In the summer months this resort can be bustling and their staff housing is next to our home, it is quiet in the shoulder seasons. A bus runs to town during the summer season and is located just across the way. We are minutes from multiple National Seashore Beaches as well as many restaurants and shopping in Provincetown.
Saturday to Saturday Rentals only for the months of July & August, (with exceptions for last minute cancellations)
This beach house was newly built in the spring of 2019. The property is fully equipped for your convenience. We have a washer and dryer, wi-fi and much more. The bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and full bath. Downstairs is the full kitchen and living area along with a half-bath and farmer's porch. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience after the beach.
Your four legged friends are always welcome as we are very dog friendly (we do not allow cats)
Please joint us in the shoulder and off season as we stay open year-round. A great location for a holiday stay or a quiet winter cape weekend.
