Central A/C. 6 bedrooms sleep 14, 3 full baths, 2 half baths. 2 master suites with king beds each have a full bath, 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 double bunk beds. All bedrooms include wi-fi TVs. HUGE kitchen with an oversize quartz island (seats 9), gas range with built in griddle, refrigerator w/ icemaker, dishwasher, and microwave. Sunroom and wrap around porch with views of the lake. Large dining room table, Large family room with 3 full-size couches and 65” TV. Gaming nook that includes 42” gaming monitor, X-Box, and 2 super moon pod chairs. Includes cable TV and “Gig” WIFI internet service (fastest internet service available). Also a full size washer and dryer. The property encompasses over 300 feet of lakefront. Enjoy the gorgeous views from the renters private 1500 sq. ft. sundeck on top of the boathouse outfitted with chaise lounges, table, chairs, and two cantilever umbrellas for shade and spectacular views. The renters private swimming area is located here also. If increased shade is your preference, we have a specially designated space for you underneath the northernmost cedar tree on our property, complete with lawn chairs and an adjacent fire pit with Adirondack chairs for nighttime campfires. Shared with the owners, you have access to a walk-out sandy swim area with steps into the shallow water. A water pad/float/party mat is yours to enjoy in this swimming area. Please note: Owners have the exclusive use of the southern pine tree adjacent to the steps, as well as the end of the pier. The large lawn is ideal for games, flying kites, frisbee and summer fun. The rental Includes your own private Golf cart for transportation around the grounds (must have valid driver’s license). It also Includes use of 2 kayaks and a rowboat. The rental includes a dock space on the property for up to a 30” boat.
