The main floor has an open floor plan with a kitchen (equipped for a foodie), dining room (table seats 4-6, bar stools, and living room. There is a 1/2 bath powder room on the main floor for guests as well as a pantry. The main bedroom is on the main floor and features a queen bed, sitting area, large teak dresser, TV, ensuite full bathroom with bidet, and walk-in closet. The second floor has a second bedroom (queen) with a window seat and closet, full bathroom, laundry room, and linen closet. The basement features a dedicated work space with an antique teak desk, printer, comfortable task chair, and plenty of storage space on bookshelves and shelving units.
