This comfortably furnished three bedroom home features spacious living areas, complemented by caramelized beach bamboo floors, tray ceilings, and European style lighting. The brand new, gourmet kitchen includes custom cabinetry, a family-style quartz-top island, top quality granite counters, an induction cook-top, Keurig coffee machine, and stainless appliances.

When not at the beach, shopping, dining, or enjoying the galleries, theater, and nightlife at nearby Fifth Ave or Third Street South, enjoy the Florida lifestyle with fully retracting sliders and tall windows, or relax in your private, heated, southern exposure pool, set in a screened and paved lanai, and surrounded by bright and colorful landscaping, fruit trees, and a fresh herb garden.
